Return / Exchange Policy

Items postmarked within 7 days of delivery in the same as new condition, purchased from andromedalovesyou.com, will be eligible for a return or exchange! Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used and will be processed within 8-­10 business days of receiving the return at our location. Only exchanges of equal value items are permitted.

Andromeda will not refund the original shipping charges for domestic orders,  with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

Washed or worn items are not permitted for a return.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN POSTAGE.

All orders placed on andromedalovesyou.com are shipped through either USP or USPS.
Andromeda is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped from our location.

Domestic Shipping:
Please allow up to 8-10 business days for order processing.

Andromedalovesyou.com ships to all 50 states. Domestic shipping is a $3.50 flat shipping rate.
Domestic taxes where applicable and will be presented upon check-out.

We cannot guarantee domestic delivery dates.

International Shipping:
Andromeda does not provide international shipping at this time. Stay tuned for news on when we provide this option in the future.

Order Cancellations:
Cancelling an order is only possible if your order has not been printed. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support.

You will be notified when your order is cancelled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to appear back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.

Involuntary Returns: Customers will be notified if their order is involuntarily returned back to our location. Customers have 5-7 business days to respond to the notification regarding if you would prefer to receive a refund or if you would like us to re-ship your order. If you do not respond within that time frame, you will automatically be refunded and you must reorder.

Incorrectly Shipped Orders:
